Here is something I really don’t understand.I distinctly remember our President stating that we would treat the terrorist and the nations who “harbor”them without distinction.
So why are we now dealing with a unity government that has ha-mas in the mix as if everything was O.K.? When congress finally decided to do something of value(imposing further sanctions and restrictions on a sham “unity” government) Condi Rice steps in to run interference to block this effort. Advising this would harm the admin ability to negotiate with the moderates in the Palestinian government. So what about the talk of those who Harbor terrorist? ( if you are savvy enough to get elected by a majority of the electorate and form a sudo coalition your in the clear)
The sane path to a better middle east is a robust exchange of goods and services between America and Israel, and include all who wish to trade peacfully.Those who don’t ,and if they attack Israel ,should meet with a immediate response of overwhelming force.
